I updated my billing address years ago (at current address 8 years!), yet you are still issuing the invoices to my old address from 9 years ago. Why?

That link shows the address I have entered a few years back. The tax invoice showing confirmation of my monthly account payment shows the old address, and Microsoft says they won’t re-issue old invoices.

    Hello Karin,

Unfortunately, I don't have any further troubleshooting to offer.

There are many knowledgeable users active on the forum and I hope that someone else can offer further insight on your issue.

    Thanks,

    Amit

    Hi Karin B,

We understand that the invoices from Microsoft are being sent to your old address.

Please confirm if you are receiving paper invoices from Microsoft?

If you have an old address on the digital recepts, then please visit this link, login with your Microsoft account details to update your address --> https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses
