Are Azure locks free?

Are Azure locks free? If I am running a VM on Azure with below three scenarios, would there be difference in their costing?

A VM (or any resource) with no lock.
A VM (or any resource) with read only lock.
A VM (or any resource) with cannot delete lock.

If someone can provide Microsoft Documentation on same.

    Hi @Shyam M ,

    Locks itself in Azure are free of charge.

    Based on your 3 scenarios there is no charge for the locks. The price of the Azure resource will be the same if locked or unlocked.
