SUPPOSEDLY, MICROSOFT HAS A CHAT FUNCTION WITH LIVING HUMAN BEINGS BUT I DO NOT SEE ANY SUCH THING. I AM VISUALLY IMPAIRED, HOWEVER, SO CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? I HAVE BEEN CALLING MICROSOFT ALL AFTERNOON AND NO ONE WILL COME TO THE PHONE. THE IDIOT ANSWERING BOT JUST TELLS ME TO GO ONLINE AND LOOK AT THIS USELESS PAGE.
