    Hi Buhlebethu M,

I’m Ivan and I’d be happy to help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

I understand that you are encountering difficulties signing into any Microsoft 365 app on your iPad. Whenever you attempt to sign in, you receive the "something went wrong" error message. You've already tried restarting your iPad and resetting the apps, but the problem persists. Allow me to provide some guidance to help resolve this issue.

To begin, let's explore some potential reasons behind this occurrence:

    1. Expired or outdated subscription: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is up-to-date and not expired.

2, Device updates: Make sure that you've installed all available updates for your iOS device, including system and application updates.

To better assist you, kindly provide the following information:

    1. Is the issue occurring with all Office apps installed on your iPad?
    2. Can you provide the exact error message you are receiving? This will help us identify the root cause and offer the most appropriate solution.

In the meantime, I recommend resetting the Office app on your iPad to establish a fresh connection to your account. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Close all Office for iPad apps: Press the Home button twice, swipe to find each Office for iPad app, and then swipe the preview screen up to close each app.
    2. Go to iPad Settings.
    3. Under Settings, select one of your Office for iPad apps (e.g., OneNote, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint).

4.Tap on "RESET" and then select "Reset <app name>."

    1. Slide to enable "Delete Login Credentials."
    2. Start one of your Office for iPad apps to delete the credentials.
    3. Sign in using your Microsoft 365 account.

Please note that you may need to repeat the above steps for each Office for iPad app.

    Please provide resolution assuming:

    1. I use Apple Screen Time with a whitelist of allowed URLs, none related to Microsoft.
    2. I am not willing to add domains, such as microsoft.com. Login.microsoft.com and similar would be ok.
    3. Please begin ALWAYS provided precise URLs required to use your products with whitelist URL filtering via Apple or Microsoft family safety features.

    Thanks, I hope.

    Dood day Ivan

The error is 'Something went wrong [2002]' I have tried resetting the app, but nothing changed. I still get the same error. It is happening with all my 365 apps on the iPad. Just like you suggested it could be an update issue.
