Hi,

I am looking for a solution to use ClipChamp which I encounter these following problems:

I have purchased office 365, so shouldn't be an issue for me.

First problem:

I've installed ClipChamp app - but when I open the app, it is stuck in a "signing in" mode.

  • Yes i have cleared cache
  • Yes I have uninstall and reinstall
  • Yes i have relogin in my windows

So what is next?

I am able to login with the web version.

    Hi Gunasekar,

The "Run a system" did the work.

There was an online corrupted file - which auto fixed!

    Thanks!

Hello Garrettwong1! I'm Gunasekar and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

I understand that you are experiencing issues opening the Microsoft ClipChamp program on your computer. To better assist you, we would like to know the following information:

    1. Could you please let us know the version and edition of the Windows Operating system installed on your computer?
    2. Can you be able to open other office applications without trouble?
    3. Do you get any error code or message when opening the App?

If you are stuck at the sign-in screen for so long, you could try the following suggestions below and check the outcome.

    a. Close the background apps.

-open task manager and find all the background apps running (for e.g. chrome, edge, and other applications) -Terminate the process and sign in with your account on ClipChamp and check if it helps.

    b. Run s System scan.

    • System File Checker is a utility in Windows that checks for problems with files on your computer. To run it, follow these steps:

    c. Update Windows.

    • Go to settings and select update and security.
    • Download and install all the updates.

    d. If the issue persists, boot your PC in safe mode.

    • Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue.

    • In safe mode with networking, open the ClipChamp application.
    • Sign in with your account.
    • Check if you can sign in with your account and load the ClipChamp app successfully.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
