How do I Get a notification after someone responds to the MS forms survey?

Hi,

Is there any way that respondents to MS forms survey receive a automated email that we have receive their responses?

Why don't I receive a notification email when someone respond to the survey?

I can't seem to find that check box. Where did you locate that?

I don't have those choices under response receipts, I have "allow to save" and "allow to edit", but not the pdf option. When testing the form, it asked for a 365 login. How do I get those options? I'd like clients to receive a copy of their responses. Thanks!

I created a form (user created form and not stored in Group) and added specific collaborators from my organization that can edit and view form responses.

I also selected the option to "Get email notification of each response".

But my assigned collaborators are not getting email notifications on form submissions.

Where are we going wrong?

From what I can tell in the forums, for a lot of people the first method isn't present. The Response Receipt section is not visible. Does this functionality still exist on the Forms side, or do you have to create a Power Automate flow for it now?

based on our investigation we find tow method to achieve your requirement

1. first method

• go to MS forms portal.office.com
• Click on 3 dots >> settings>>Get email notification of each response.

2. Method two

• You can use bellow templet to get email notification if some more respond to your MS forms.
