Cannot access multiple documents in an email

I am currently unable to access multiple documents in my email (Outlook). I am receiving an error message that tells me to contact the person who shared it with me, even though I am the one who shared it with the other person. They are no longer visible in my OneDrive and are not able to be accessed by the person I shared it with initially, with the same error response. The correlation ID is as follows: 8357e9a0-5035-4000-5a29-aa15f9409c01. Being that this seems to be a rare occurrence, it would be greatly appreciated if there was a support number to contact as well. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

    Hi, Caleb N.

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

According to your description, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing multiple documents in your email.

Based on the error message you received, it seems like there might be an issue with the sharing permissions for these documents.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend checking the sharing settings for these documents in OneDrive. Make sure that the person you shared the documents with has the appropriate permissions to access them. You can also try re-sharing the documents with the person to see if that resolves the issue.

If you're still experiencing issues, you can contact Microsoft support by using the hotline - Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. (Ctrl+F4 and type your area's name.)

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated.

    Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,

    Alex | Microsoft Community Moderator.
