I have used Windows Server 2003 for many years with my radio station, but had to make an entry in the registry to overcome buffering issues.
I've now moved to Windows 2019 and have the same buffering problems with my streams, so need to make the same registry entry, but I'm struggling working out how to do it.
The problem and its solution is discussed here:

The workaround on my Windows Server 2003 can be seen here below and I would be grateful if somone can give me a step by step guide on how to replicate this on my 2019 box.
I have already found the registry location, can name the entry, but can't work out how to enter the data field.
Thanks in advance.

What problem are you having? Right-click, new Reg_DWord name it DefaultSendWindow and set the value to 65535 decimal

Hello,
Thank you for your question.
If that 2003 server still live then you can export the registry and import them to 2019 server. and see if values are identical.
If the registry values are identical and still buffer issue persists then it may be due that application is not compatible with 2019.
