Accessing Microsoft Solution Partner Center

Hi, when accessing the Solution Partner, it is displaying that there is no MPN Admin role, even though the role is already given. Attached is a screenshot of the account and the admin.

You can see that the account Laurencio Jose Lim is already an admin, as stated in the screenshot.

  1. Select Support – Partner Support Request (Do not select Customer requests)
  2. Click New Request.
