Login process catch 22

After I loose my mobile phone, I'm locked in a catch 22 situation...
When I try to login I only have 2 options:

1 - Use the Microsoft authenticator app.

2 - Use the code from the authenticator app.

Needless to say I can't use the app because it was on my phone...

Using the administrator credentials and going to my account is there a way to disable the 2 factor authentication?

How can I login to may account again?

Since forum moderators have limited access permissions and resources, due to this reason we are unable to collect certain detailed information on the public forum for data privacy. We cannot perform any action for admin or user account password related scenario on this public forum.

    Please note that your scenario may be transferred to Microsoft's top level team, because this scenario is related with protection of your tenant data.This team may take sometimes to do their standard process.

    When you call the hotline as phone support, kindly request them to refer your case to the appropriate support team. You may need to press 1 or 1/2 on the voice message for support. The billing support team may be helping you refer your case to the appropriate support team.

    Important note: If any organization's Office 365 Business/Enterprise / Education subscription is from a syndicated partner or reseller, and if the global administrator can't open the service request on their side, they may need to contact the reseller's support provider so they can help the global admin open the service request on their side. after the Office 365 support team can participate in the service request.
