Question

myself and Suraj Kale are unable to submit FDS form for MSL201-1 to FasTr. Evan Zaker was able to submit with no issue. He said to submit IT ticket to resolve. Error code found in FDS form is shown below:

• May we know if you are using personal account or work account to activate excel?
• Can I find out which version and edition of Office is installed on your computer?
  • You can open any Office app
  • Go to File > accounts – on the right-hand side, you can see the product information
• Can I find out what troubleshooting steps you've done before?
• Send screenshot of the error.
