Microsoft Forms keeps refreshing

Hello,

When I open the Microsoft forms app, all seems well. But when I open a new form, or a recent form, the page begins to auto refresh in a constant loop. How can I get this to stop? I tried to access Microsoft Forms yesterday and it began happening. I have restarted my computer since the first time it happened.
