Set Default Path When Opening Excel Documents

I just upgraded to Office 2021. 99.9% of the documents I access in a day are in one location. In my old Excel, whenever I hit the Open icon it would take me directly to that path and I could start working immediately. I've looked everywhere on how to set that on my new version. Clicking Open, going to the Open screen provided, having to hit Browse, then find the file/document I need adds a considerable number of wasted clicks that will inevitably drive me nuts by the end of the day, not to mention add to potential carple tunnel :-) Has anybody been able to set up a direct path for opening documents and bypassing all of the wasted time?
