I keep getting emails with single use codes to use my account, I haven't requested any and receive multiple per day. What can I do?

    Hello Ravikumar!

    Thank you for your help.

There is no suspicious activity in my account. I followed your adviced and changed my password and additionally changed the email to which codes should be sent, unfortunately I keep getting the unrequested codes and weirdly to the previous email not the updated one.

I'm not sure what to do next :/

    Hello Natalia,

Greetings for the day! I’m an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. Thanks for posting the query here at this forum.

Could you please check if there are any suspicious activity for your account?

Check the history of your account activity by opening below link and clicking on " Security "and selecting" Check recent activities ". https://account.microsoft.com/account/Account?

The first thing you’ll want to do to protect your account is to change your password.

    1. Go to Recover your account and type in the email address, phone number, or Skype name you use to sign in. Then select Next. https://account.live.com/password/reset
    2. We'll ask where you'd like to get your security code. Select Next.
    3. Type the requested information and select Send code.
    4. Type the security code into Verify your identity, then select Next.
    5. Type in your New password. Then confirm it by typing it again into the Re-enter password field.

Hope this information would be useful to you. Please feel free to get back if you need any additional info.
