Thank you for your response, we have multiple clients it occurred in two different clients in different environments.

I can create a ticket from the admin center and I can say most of tickets never resolved by Microsoft techs, the response time and turn around time is terrible and the technician have no idea what they are doing. I created more than 25 tickets in the last 2 years regarding office 365 products, 100% of tickets resolved by US by searching online and no resolution given by Microsoft techs. There some tickets in my queue open still last 6 months with no response.

Recently noticed the following issue, Outlook wont connect.

Tried to recreate outlook profile, we will not get the MFA prompt page.

Turns out its not just outlook, teams, word, excel, if you sign out from office, you cannot sign back in.

You will get "unable to reach server" in word and other office apps and outlook wont show MFA pages when creating new profile.

Recreating the AD profile fixes the issue, but it is a lot of work customizing user setting on new profile.

Let me know if you guys find any fixes for the issue.
