Bit locker

Question

My laptop is blocked due to bit locker. Now i can not find the right original microsoftaccount that was registered with this. Perhaps the account is closed due to inactivity. How can i re-use my laptop again? I don't know the account or password, what do i have to do?

Sorry didn't helped. The problem is I do not know which account is used to set up the laptop. It is not traceable anymore. Perhaps i used one and never used this account so in the end microsoft closes this account.

For me big problemen now with bit locker.. a brandnew laptop and I can not use it anymore.

I hope you have beter advise, or I have to explain myself beter.
