A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
Hi Madison,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconveniences, Here are some suggestions that you can try:
- Check if the file is in your OneDrive Recycle Bin. Sometimes, files can be accidentally deleted or moved to the Recycle Bin. To do this, go to the OneDrive website, click on the "Recycle Bin" option in the left-hand menu, and look for the files you want to recover. If you find them, select them and click on the "Restore" button to recover them
- Check if the file is in your iCloud Drive. Since the location of your file suggests that it is stored in iCloud, you may want to check if the file is still there. To do this, go to the iCloud website, sign in with your Apple ID, and click on the "iCloud Drive" icon. Then, look for the file in your Desktop folder or any other folder where you might have saved it
- Check if the file is in your local storage. Sometimes, files can be saved locally on your iPad instead of on OneDrive or iCloud. To do this, open the Word app on your iPad, tap on the "Open" tab, and look for the file under "On This iPad" or "Recent". If you find it, you can upload it to OneDrive by tapping on the "Share" icon and selecting "Save to OneDrive".
I hope this helps!
Regards, Sola
