Hi Nikola,
Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.
According to your description, I suppose the Editor pane in Word and the "Spell check complete. You're good to go" window keeps popping up in PowerPoint and Excel, and this situation makes you can't write anything.
If my understanding conflicts with the situation, please point it out and let me know.
If so, please try the following suggestions and check again.
- Please restart your device, and then check again.
- As the above features are triggered by the key F7, please connect to another keyboard and check if the situation is caused by the keyboard itself. Also, you can use some keyboard test tools to test.
- Please try to set Excel/PowerPoint into Safe Mode, then open the workbook/presentation and check again.
Close Excel first, press Win + R, in the Run box, type excel /safe, and click OK
Close PowerPoint first, press Win + R, in the Run box, type powerpnt /safe, and click OK
- Please try to Repair Office and choose Online Repair. After that, please run PowerPoint and check again.
If the above suggestions don't help, I would like to collect more information to troubleshoot.
- Please provide your Office version and product information.
Click File> Account, take a full screenshot of the current interface. After that, please click "Insert Image" to upload the screenshot.
We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
