OneDrive Sync Failure

I changed my company user name password when I had to login to Microsoft Advertising. Now my company OneDrive will not connect (and upload file changes). I have tried to login to my onedrive when editing an Excel file. I enter my business email and click my business account (not my personal) and I go back to the the same sign in message. It never asks for my new password. I am using Windows Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621. My OneDrive version is Build 23.127.0618.0001 (64-bit).

Please, need some help.

    Dear Leland ,

based on your reply, you remove the OneDrive Credentials only, suggest you remove all of the Office 365 Credentials

    like MicrosoftOffice16_xxxx

you could reset your OneDrive Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support as well.

    1. Press the Windowskey and Rto open the Run dialog box, enter wsreset.exe, then select OK.
    2. A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close. You can close the Microsoft Store window.
    3. If OneDrive is still not syncing, press the Windows key and R again.
    4. Copy this and paste it into the dialog window, then press OK.
      %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

If you see a "Windows cannot find..." message, copy and paste this instead, then press OK.
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

If you see a "Windows cannot find..." message, copy and paste this instead, then press OK.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset 5. Manually restart OneDrive by going to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click on the OneDrive desktop app.

Thanks for the information. I went to Windows Credentials and Removed: Microsoft_OneDrive_Cookies-v2_Business1_http... & MicrosoftAccount:user=...

I then rebooted my Laptop and logged in. I then accessed 2 Excel files from my linked OneDrive account and saved both files. Each came up with a OneDrive login requirement. I logged into OneDrive using my email and selected the business account. (It did not ask for a password). The login request went away and then came back. I then looked at my business OneDrive activity and it showed both Excel files were uploaded but, the OneDrive login request appears with ANY file I access in my OneDrive folder. I have no idea what is happening.

    Please help.

    Leland
