One Note Email page issue.

Whenever I click "Email Page" in OneNote , instead of placing the contents of the page into an email in Outlook to be edited, it instead attaches a .mth file and says "Click the .mht attachment to view the notes as a Web page." I have looked at other forms, and they said to repair OneNote, and I have tried. Nothing seems to be working. Please help.
