Can someone tell me how to install this?
a lot of videos seem to use insert then get add ins, which I do not have,
My insert ribbon, I've gone to Options , Add ins, Excel Add ins but it's not listed there either?

Go to Home > Add-Ins > Insert Add-Ins. Search for Labs and download from there.
