Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi,
I'm Tim, an Independent Consultant here and a Microsoft user like you. I don't work for Microsoft and do not have access to any of your data on their system.
If your Microsoft Forms suddenly stopped working and displays the message "This form doesn't exist," there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try below:-
- Double-check the form link: Make sure you are using the correct and valid link to your Microsoft Form. It's possible that the link might have been changed or modified inadvertently. Check the URL and try accessing the form from a different browser or device to rule out any browser-specific issues.
- Check form permissions: Verify that the form is shared with the appropriate audience. If the form is set to "Specific people" access, ensure that the intended users have access to it. If the form is set to "Anyone with the link," make sure the link is not expired or accidentally changed.
- Review Form Settings: Go to the Microsoft Forms website and log in with your Microsoft account. Check the form settings to ensure it is not deleted or disabled. Also, review the form's sharing settings to make sure it's accessible to the intended audience.
- Check SharePoint settings: If your form is associated with a SharePoint site, ensure that the SharePoint site is accessible and that the form is properly linked within it.
- Backup your forms: In the future, consider regularly backing up your forms to avoid data loss and have a copy of the form data and settings. This can be done by exporting the form as a template or saving the form data in a spreadsheet.
Remember to ensure that you are using an updated and supported version of your web browser and operating system, as outdated software may also cause compatibility issues with online services like Microsoft Forms.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further or If you find it helpful, you can mark this comment as the answer.
