Question about Microsoft Sharepoint

A few months ago I accidentally downloaded software from the wrong website, and since then it has downloaded a lot of unfamiliar software to my computer.

Every day I check what is running in the task manager

And every so often I notice that microsoft sharepoint is running. I never downloaded it, and when I try to open it, it doesn't open, it just runs in the background.

Every time I delete it from the files it comes back after a few days

Microsoft 365 and Office | SharePoint | Other | Windows
