OneDrive linking problems

We record our messages with OBS, upload to our OneDrive and then link them out to our members. About 2 weeks ago everything changed. Instead of a clean link to the file, it seems to be linking to a copy of the file in Photos Directory which is a lower resolution and does not fill the screen when played Full Screen. We do not copy any of our recordings to photos, this must be a setting that has been changed.

    Hello -lakeview-,

Unfortunately, I don't have any further troubleshooting to offer.

There are many knowledgeable users active on the forum and I hope that someone else can offer further insight on your issue.

    Thanks,

The problem is not the video... The video is perfect on the one drive.  The problem occurs when we try to link to it... We can play the video in the directory it is uploaded to.  However once we right click as share and share it to our 90 or attendees, the share link changes to the photo directory. This is an example of the Shared Link...https://1drv.ms/v/s!Apsvc4g9xbOj2ATaA-oQaxFv2I2-?e=O6ftbxActual link that I receive from Gmail.https://photos.onedrive.com/share/A3B3C53D88732F9B!11267?cid=A3B3C53D88732F9B&resId=A3B3C53D88732F9B!11267&authkey=!ACx0cyNGHkd5kAk&ithint=video&e=oXX8ghThis started a few weeks ago and we can not figure out what has happened...  As far as I know there have been no changes other than that we receive the "Memories" photos now that we never received before...

Hello -lakeview-! My name is Jeremy and I’m happy to help you with your question.

In OBS, go to Settings > Output and make sure that the quality and format of the recording are in the desired quality and format.

Then make sure that the file that is saved in one drive is the same as the output setting in OBS is set to.

If these do not match the upload and sharing setting in OneDrive could be changing the file format.

If the file is in the same format, be sure to right click the file and select copy link.

    Regards,
