Issues with capturing/uploading images on Microsoft Lists

Hi

I am trying to use lists to upload some pictures and findings (which I integrated to SharePoint).

When using the mobile app for SharePoint to upload the pictures, I am unable to do so as the Image/Picture option is read only, with only attachments working which makes viewing the images much harder.

When using the Lists app on my phone, the pictures always fail to upload. Is there something I could do differently?

    I’m sorry you’re having a problem with uploading pictures in Lists app in iOS side. From my test, it will take some time but upload successfully in the end. Hence, we'd like to suggest you try some ways to narrow down the issue.

    1.If the same issue will happen on any of the lists.

    2.Check if change to another account will change.

    3.Update to latest version.

    4.Sign in your account on other devices and see if the same error will remain.
