    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for posting back.

According to your reply, the problem still happens when copying the content to a new notebook and it happens on multiple devices. Since you have already tried many steps, to troubleshoot it further, please contact your admin or IT department to raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to collect the log files from your side and find what exactly reason has caused this problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator

Had the same problem in the past with one particular notebook. Couldn't resolve so decided to copy over information to a newly created notebook and abandon the old. The issue has started again with the new notebook. Others seem to work fine but don't contain as much data (few pages).

The issue has occurred on multiple devices by opening the same workbook. I've tested the OneNote for Windows 10 on a non-domain device and it appears to be stable but isn't an option for the domain device as the use of the Microsoft store is not permitted in our environment. Is there a direct link?

I'm updated to the latest 10-2023 cumulative update.

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, I would like to collect more information to troubleshoot the problem.

    1. I would like to know if the situation happens to specific notebooks or all notebooks. You can run OneNote and create a new notebook to test.
    2. For "trying different workbooks", do you mean testing on different devices? If not, please switch to another Windows user profile (if you don’t have another Windows user profile, please create a new Windows user profile, then switch to the new user profile), run OneNote, and check again.
    3. Please try to upgrade your Windows system, then check again.
    4. Please provide your Office version and Product Information.

Run OneNote or other Office applications, click File> Account, please take a full screenshot of the current interface. Later, you can click the "Insert Image" button to upload it.

    .

    1. As there are two different OneNote applications for Windows, OneNote for Windows 10 and OneNote. I wonder if OneNote for Windows 10 works well on your side. If you don't have it, you can install it from App Store.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
