I can't use two-step verification

I'm using Microsoft Authenticator.
I accidentally deleted my work and school accounts.
I am also the account administrator.

I'm trying to enter the admin page, but the Authenticator asks me to sign in and I can't.
Is there a way to recover my account?

    Did you verify your phone number aswell?
    There should be an option: Sign in another way.

    Maybe there is a recovery e-mail address or a phone number you setup.
