MS Forms - Results - Help Required

Question

I have created a form for our business to provide our clients. However, when the someone completes the form and submits their response, we get the email notification, but the email looks like picture attached, with a link to click go in to view results.

I cannot find in forms settings if there is away when a response is submitted that the answers to each question are generated on to the email, we receive without having to click on a link or go to MS Forms. Is this possible??

Dear Rafael,

There is no such a setting in Microsoft Forms. You may use Power Automate to send the custom emails to users when they fill in their answers.
