    Hi,

    For this issue, firstly, we may check if port 5724 is listening (on management server)
    netstat -abn

    It it works, we may check if port 5724 is accesible (from the server where console is installed).

    Test-NetConnection -computername <scom management server> -Port 5724 -InformationLevel "Detailed"
