Change the VC++ runtime version installed by the VSTO runtime installer

VSTO runtime installs a VC++ runtime version 10.. One of our customers said that this is an old, unsupported version of the VC++ runtime and that they won't install our VSTO-based addin unless we use a supported version of the VC++ runtime. Where can we escalate this issue to Microsoft, so they can issue a newer build of the VSTO runtime, using VC++ runtime version 14.?
