One Drive Error Message

Hi expert,

we had tried to restore the Teams documents in sharepoint, but it failed with error log :Failed Value does not fall within the expected range.

then we try to restore again, and system how message “We couldn’t start your restore. Please go back to the restore page and try again.

Graph Error: only 1 work item is allowed per document library”.

can you let us know how to stop previous restoration and skip above error?

Firstly, may I know what action you are doing from OneDrive? in OneDrive sync Folder in a File Explorer or go to OneDrive online location via browser?
