Hello,

I have at work an Excel file with macros (xlsm) which has a piece of code that is launched from a .vbs call in order to refresh some connections to TXT files (with powerquery transformations to handle columns, headers, etc.) with the purpose of displaying some graphs & other info in several sheets.

It runs normally without issues 9 out of 10 times, but some days I log into the computer and find that the last execution failed with this error: ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/5b229ed6-c61e-400e-9d7a-02fab5ccf3a3?platform=QnA

Could you share us a test workbook without sensitive information to reproduce your issue?

For sharing a sample workbook, upload to OneDrive or any other cloud drives. Then post a link here.

You may try it on another machine. If it works on another machine. It could be corruption in office installation.

You can try repairing your Office installation. To do this, go to the 'Control Panel' on your computer, select 'Programs and Features', and then select 'Microsoft Office'. From there, select 'Change' and then select 'Repair'.
