오피스 365 로그인 문제

Question

어느날 갑자기 오피스 365 activation 이 안되어있다고 뜨더니 로그아웃하니까 그 다음부터는

activation 버튼을 누르면 바로 에러메세지가 뜹니다

Something went wrong [1001] 이라고 뜨고 밑에 코드들은 복사가 안되네요.

이 아이디로 쓴 것이 아니고, 다른 아이디를 사용했는데 아예 이 사이트에서 아이디 비밀번호 쳐도 다시 sign in 화면이 뜨면서

로그인이 안되어 있네요.

며칠째 못 쓰고 있어서 너무 불편합니다. 빠른 해결 부탁합니다.

As per your description, it seems that you are having issue with Office activation on Mac.

If the understanding above is right, we've noticed that you post this thread under "For Education" category, we suppose you may use a work/school account with Education subscription provided by your organization.

In this situation, we'd recommend you navigate to "the subscription page" to check if "The latest desktop version of Office" license is assigned under your account for Office desktop app on Mac.

If not, please contact M365 admin to have license assigned and check the outcome.
