    Hello Sjaak,

I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

If you've purchased Microsoft 365 but lost your product key, you can still install it on your new PC by following these steps:

    1. **Sign in to Microsoft Account**:
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 website.
      • Sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase Microsoft 365.
    2. **Check Your Subscription**:
      • Once logged in, check if your Microsoft 365 subscription is linked to your account. If you've previously activated your purchase with your Microsoft account, you won't need the product key.
    3. **Download and Install**:
      • If your subscription is active, you should see an option to install Microsoft 365 on your devices.
      • Click on 'Install Office' and follow the instructions to download and install it on your new PC.
    4. **Troubleshooting**:
      • If you can't find your subscription, you might have used a different Microsoft account. Try recalling if you have another account.

If you still can't access your subscription, you may need to contact Microsoft support directly (https://support.microsoft.com/contactus) for assistance. Please remember that I am a User on this forum just like you and do not have access to Microsoft's database.

Microsoft 365 subscriptions are typically linked to your Microsoft account, so the physical product key isn't always necessary after the initial activation.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards, Ibhadighi
