How can i stop it ?

Sam Cogan 10,347 Reputation points MVP2021-08-25T09:57:01.663+00:00 Is this actually a VM, or is it a VM scale set? There is no functionality in Azure to start one VM when another starts.

The log shows that the VM starts exactly once the 2nd VM is being started
