Microsoft 365 Copilot is only available for workplace and for the following plans:
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic Microsoft 365 Business Standard Microsoft 365 Business Premium Microsoft 365 Enterprise E1 Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5

To identify the source of the issue, a few questions we need to ask:
- When was the last time that you have managed to access Copilot?
- Are you logged in with the correct account and have a valid subscription?
- Does the same problem persist when connected to a different internet network like your mobile phone's internet data?
- Which browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser or updating your current one?
- Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?
- Do you have any firewall or antivirus software that could be blocking the connection?
- Are you using a VPN? If so, does disabling it resolve the issue?
- Can you share a screenshot or a video of the problem?
We have a range of strategies that we can use to help such problem. however, we may first have to wait for your answers to ensure that we have a clear understanding of your concern and that we can provide the necessary guidance.
