Thank you for writing us here in Microsoft Community.

It needs to be assigned by the IT admin of eligible organization. To know more about Copilot for Microsoft 365, you may check the Frequently asked questions on this link: Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 | Microsoft 365

To identify the source of the issue, a few questions we need to ask:

    1. When was the last time that you have managed to access Copilot?
    2. Are you logged in with the correct account and have a valid subscription?
    3. Does the same problem persist when connected to a different internet network like your mobile phone's internet data?
    4. Which browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser or updating your current one?
    5. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?
    6. Do you have any firewall or antivirus software that could be blocking the connection?
    7. Are you using a VPN? If so, does disabling it resolve the issue?
    8. Can you share a screenshot or a video of the problem?

We have a range of strategies that we can use to help such problem. however, we may first have to wait for your answers to ensure that we have a clear understanding of your concern and that we can provide the necessary guidance.
