Excel Sheet synced with Forms - Filtering

I will have 50+ people using the shared excel sheet to monitor Form submissions. I am looking for a way (or setting) to use filters for each employee to filter to their name and only see new entries that have their name in the filtered column. Currently, when a column is filtered to a specific name, all new entries are shown regardless of the name in that column. You have to refresh the filter constantly to remove the undesired entries from view. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, that works but was looking for a way to not have to refresh due to the amount of data and expected frequency that it will be coming in at. Thanks for the quick responses so far! I will keep searching and testing and report back if I find a way.

When new data comes, you may need to reset the filter to trigger the update.

Just tested sheet view and doesn't seem to solve for my issue. I created a sheet view with a filter selected on one of the columns. I entered a new entry on Forms with text that does not match what my filter was set to but the new entry populated in my view.

Any other settings with sheet view that may solve this that you could share?
