I fund the cause. I set up my payment method at Azure and forgot to remove it before the free period expired. Now removed it.

Thanks for contacting this forum. I'm sorry the charges has been deducted without any notice.

Please note that eligible new users get limited Azure credit in your billing currency for the first 30 days and a limited quantity of free services for 12 months with your Azure free account. With pay as you go, there’s no fee to maintain your Azure free account, and no upfront commitment.

After the term, you'll be charged a pay-as-you-go fee, which means you'll only be charged for the resources you use.

Your free services and quantities expire at the end of 12 months. You can find out when your free services expire in the Azure portal.

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal. https://portal.azure.com/
    2. In the left navigation area, select All services.
    3. Select Subscriptions.
    4. Select the subscription that was created when you signed up for free account.
    5. Scroll down to find free services grid. Select the tooltip located on the top left of the grid.

Here are some reasons why you might be charged:

    1. Using a service outside the free service list
    2. Using more than the free service limits
    3. Moving data in or out of Azure datacenters
    4. Your credit runs out or is expired

Kindly let us know if you have any questions with stopping future payments. Thank you!
