Microsoft 365 Developer subscription disabled?

Hi,

My Microsoft 365 Developer subscription suddenly got disabled on January 26th and I'm unsure why.

I have a few company lab computers uploaded into Windows Autopilot and I cannot get them out now - as I need an active Intune license to access it.

Can you please assist me in reactivating it?

    Hello,

You can check this articles where you can find support information:

Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region Get support - Microsoft 365 admin :

Please note that support for account recovery for M365 for business and M365 for developer is handled within the same team. Let me know if you have any further clarifications.

    Warm Regards, Prakash

    Hi,

I've been using the subscription almost daily, so it should not be an issue of inactivity.

It just suddenly got inactivated without any further info and now I've got computers effectively in hostage by Windows Autopilot, since I cannot access the Intune portal to remove them.
