    Hi respected McEwen_86,

Thanks for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

And I appreciate your kind words.

As per your screenshot, it seems there is activation issues and the error message show ""Account error. There are problems with your account. To fix them, please sign in again" and it might be possible due to corrupted local credentials, please refer to the steps below to see if there is any difference.

1.File>Account>under User Information, sign out all the existing account and exit all Office apps.

2.Go to Windows Control Panel>User Accounts>credential manager>Windows Credentials, remove all Office 365 credentials that look like: MicrosoftOfficeXXData:XXXXXXXXX

Also, go to Windows>Settings> Account > discount all Office 365 account was added in Access work/school account, and then re-start your pc and re-connection your work/school account.

If above doesn't work from your side, then try to download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to reset the Microsoft 365 activation state. Download the Assistant

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
