Microsoft Authenticator

Accidentally my microsoft authenticator application got uninstalled from my phone and now even after reinstalling it it's asking for sign in approval to my work account and microsoft authenticator is the only option I provided for sign in approval of 2 factor verification. What can I do this to resolve as I am unable to access microsoft mail now?

    If cloud backup was enabled you may be able to restore

    otherwise I'd try the sign in another way method here.
