Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Microsoft 365 Personal and Copilot Subscription. While Copilot functions correctly in Excel and Word, it is not working in Outlook. Despite multiple discussions with your Live Chat Support Specialists, the problem persists.
My device is a MacBook Pro M1, running the latest version of Outlook (16.81.1).

First, you may double check result in Outlook by using different Mac or in other PC with your Microsoft 365 personal email account.
Hello – Thank you for gettin back to me. During the purchase, I was with Microsoft Specialist who walked me through the purchase and subscription however the Copilot works on Excel and Word but NOT Outlook. The Microsoft employee himself failed to assist me due to their limited knowledge and inability to assist but to wait till further instruction from their special department to get back to me but no one did.
I am friendly user. I will try to provide possible information.
Please refer this article Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 overview | Microsoft Learn, there are specific license requirement to use Copilot in Microsoft 365. Your personal subscription might not be properly eligible for Copilot.
