Hi ,
We Migrated users from Exchange 2007 to 2013. auto discover works and we get the error" set of folders cannot be opened outlook " once the profile is configured. Old profiles show disconnected.
Able to configure profile manually.
Any help is appreciated!

Cheers
Priya

    Hi @Priya Jayaraman ,

Can you login Outlook after configuring the profile?
If so, I believe this is because the Exchange 2013 uses Anywhere for clients to connect. And for Exchange 2007, it should be different.

    Hi Lou,
we are having issues with Exchange 2013 mailbox configuring in outlook 2007, 2010 after migration.
Set of folders cannot be opened outlook " once the profile is configured with auto discover.
RPC logs have the following errors:-
WebExceptionStatus=ProtocolError;ResponseStatusCode=401;WebException=System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

HttpProxyException=Microsoft.Exchange.HttpProxy.HttpProxyException: RPC server name passed in by client could not be resolved: DC server name

WebExceptionStatus=ProtocolError;ResponseStatusCode=503;WebException=System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

For connections from CAS to backend MBX

    Cheers
    Priya
