Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi Hemanth,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconveniences,
This may be a sign of a phishing attempt or a spoofing attack. Someone may be trying to access your Microsoft account by sending you fake verification codes and hoping that you will reply with the real one. You should not respond to any suspicious messages or click on any links that they may contain.
To protect your account, you should do the following:
- Change your Microsoft account password as soon as possible. You can do this by going to account.microsoft.com and clicking on Security. Then, select Password security and follow the steps to create a new password.
- Check your account activity and devices for any unusual or suspicious sign-ins or changes. You can do this by going to account.microsoft.com and clicking on Security. Then, select Review recent activity and View my devices. If you see anything that you don't recognize, you can report it or remove it.
I hope this helps!
Regards, Sola
