adding MacBook Pro as a device?

I am not familiar with Office 365. I have a family subscription and have my Dell laptop setup as my device. I would like to add my MacBook Pro. How to do this? When I click on register a device, there seem to be no options for a MacBook.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well.

    You can only add Windows and android devices to your Microsoft account devices. Mac and iOS devices cannot be added.
