    Hi Arthi,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, when you try to access Microsoft Stream (Classic), the error message occurs. If so, I can reproduce a similar situation. Please note that users are no longer able to access or use Stream (Classic) from October 15, 2023, unless the admin takes action to delay this change.

If you are trying to access Microsoft Stream, I recommend you go to Stream (on SharePoint) https://www.microsoft365.com/launch/stream and then check again. If you are trying to access videos stored in Microsoft Stream (Classic), please contact your tenant admin to confirm that they have migrated the data using the migration tool.

If the problem still occurs when accessing Stream (on SharePoint), I recommend you contact your tenant admin or IT department and ask them to raise a support ticket in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

This is existing content that I don't own. Some people on the team still have access to it. How do I find out who is the tenant admin?

    Thanks,

    Arthi

    Hi Arthi,

    Thanks for posting back.

According to your reply, since this problem affects some users, not all users, please view this article: Block sign-ups for Microsoft Stream (Classic). So, you still need to contact your tenant admin for further help. If you don't know who is the tenant admin, please contact your IT department or ask the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password.
