Documents getting deleted (Word, Android tablet)

I have been having the same problems along with it tell me to Sign In or Dismiss.

My documents are also getting deleted on their own.

I only use a tablet so I cannot right click. I cannot figure out how to fix this. I never had trouble with with until they went to Microsoft 365!

    I think you said elsewhere that you have an Android tablet. Is that correct?

    If so, you will have to install the Word app from the Google Play Store. Sign in to the app using the Microsoft account info which is associated with your subscription.

    With a subscription, you should be able to save documents locally on the device. If it is the free version, I believe all files are kept online, in OneDrive.

    Thank you all for you imput. However, I am still having problems. I do use an android tablet, I do have Word, subscribed to MS 365 and because it’s a tablet I cannot double click.

    I have uninstall, then install again and still nothing.

    My last choice would be to maybe reset everything, but I'll lose all my documents!

    This all started when I had to update my subscription with a new card. That itself was a big mess too!

    Which type of subscription do you have?

    Are you running Word on a Mac device (iPad) or an Android device?
