Used a different browser.

Still the same, when I click on the message, it takes me to sign in.

    Thanks for your reply.

I note that Diane Poremsky states that Microsoft is aware of it and is working on fixing it but I don't have an estimate on when they expect it will be fixed.

So will ait and see I suppose!

    Hello LloydSmith5,

Sorry for the inconvenience and I'm happy to help you today.

“In this article (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/keep-getting-notifications-about-microsoft-couldnt/5d088fde-e2e0-4758-af95-6c9f47a3627d) Diane Poremsky shows a suggestion to the query above:

That is referring to a connected account added to Outlook.com? You need to reenter the password.

The settings are on View tab > View settings > Mail > sync Email but there is a bug that prevents that dialog from loading.

Microsoft is aware of it and is working on fixing it but I don't have an estimate on when they expect it will be fixed. Sorry.

    I would appreciate your feedback.

    Kind Regards, Fatai.
