Dear Janice Baber JBaber,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community. We are delighted to offer our assistance.
- Go to the list where the folders are located.
- Click on the "List" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on "Modify View".
- Scroll down to the "Folders" section and select "Show all items without folders".
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
This should allow you to see the subfolder content when you click into the parent folder. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Have a great day.
Sincerely,
