Microsoft Form redirect

Hi,

Is anyone able to tell me if this is possible and how I would go about creating this even though power automate:

Do you know if there is a way we can have this form as an electronic document that could automatically ping to the next person through to approval as below?

Step 1

The requestor completes form and it pings to their line manager (to be chosen from a drop box maybe)

Step 2

The line manager approves and it pings to me for me to make notes

Step 3

It pings to another person for approval

Step 4

If approved it pings to another person for processing for cover or of declined it pings back to the requestor to let them know it's declined

Be good to know if possible or not?

Kind regards

Ben Meakin

    Dear respected Ben Meakin,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, we understand you have a great design of making a Microsoft form to improve the work process. From my experience, the ping part can all be accomplished by email notifications in flow using the trigger of forms submit. However, since it needs to add the manager selection function at the end of step1, it may need more resources included like collect the selection from results and send the notification to the related email address.

We would like to provide you with the appropriate suggestions and accurate flow buildings, but we are sorry to convey that community moderators in this community have limited experience and platform resources on Power Automate flows as we mainly focus on general features in Microsoft Forms and Office apps.

At the same time, since we have a dedicated channel Microsoft Power Automate Community - Building Flows, for you to be assisted and supported properly, we sincerely recommend you go to that community and post a new thread, members and engineers over there are proficient in the knowledge of creating flows and Microsoft Forms customization queries. We are sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.

Few threads I found and hope they can provide a little bit insight for you.
